E-Z Point and Shoot Menu: Operators use a swift “Point and Shoot” menu system for access through a manager arranged access table according to user rights. Color Graph-Matrix O/C Display: Openings/Closing and schedules are displayed in a quick matrix format covering 24 hours in a single glance. Data-Packet File Management:: “Our Exclusive Data Packet” file structure allows for historical data to be recalled as far back as you desire. The only limitation is the size of your hard drive storage. Exclusive Data Rescue Squad: Enormous dedication is made to how we handle our file structure to protect from damage due to hardware crashes. We protect all primary files by not writing to them except when adding or changing customers. Central Works include extensive data rebuild tools for those unexpected system crashes and/or hardware failures. Rolling Information Screen: Our system clearly displays all vital information while keeping a window open for additional data. Operator continuity is maintained without switching between an assortment of screens. Additional information is “rolled” into the dispatch screen as needed by the operator. Downgradeable Compatibility: While being designed for all versions of windows, we still maintain bootable MS/DOS compatibility for Windows emergencies. Service Management:: Our service system keeps you on full schedule. It handles all immediate and future recurring calls like inspections. When used with the optional billing system, all systems integrate for automated billing of recurring or incidental billings.
